Outstanding Flambe Class at SoKY Farmer Marketplace...  This is the second class that my daughter and I attend and we love them. They are the perfect inspiration for her desire to pursue culinary arts as her career and as for me, I love to cook and these classes are simple enough for me to enhance my everyday cooking. Among the many things that I personally enjoy is that Chef Riggs takes the time to demonstrate each step and then help you apply them. I also appreciate so much the history behind the recipes that he shares so we learn in many ways. Well done Chef Riggs, can't wait to attend many more!

Great cooking class...All ingredients ready to go and the students had the pleasure of preparing dishes with expert supervision. Even better, everything was made with ingredients and methods easily duplicated in your own kitchen. Do your shopping, prep just a bit on the weekends and you have weeknight one skillet healthy dinners ready to feed your family. Thanks for the lessons - you will see me in more classes!!

My friends and I attended Executive Chef Mike Riggs class at Mariah’s last Tuesday evening. We prepared the most delicious Zuppa Toscana Soup. Not only did we experience a fun filled evening with friends, we learned a new recipe that has been a hit with my family. I highly recommend this experience!

I had attended one of Chef Riggs' cooking classes in Bowling Green, Ky. It was a lot of fun! In the class, we were taught the recipe and how to prepare it; then we got to make the dish before sitting down to enjoy what we had prepared. I am extremely satisfied with the recipe that was taught to us. It was easy to make with fresh ingredients and delicious!
Chef Riggs' cooking classes are great if you are looking to learn a new recipe, learn how to cook, or just looking for something fun to do. You get to meet new people and learn amazing recipes. I will definitely attend another class.

Chef Riggs' cooking class is a great night out with friends or a date night. Mise en' Place is just what BG needed!

 My husband and I went to the Valentine Dinner/Class and enjoyed the whole evening! Getting to know new people while learning from Mike was wonderful. The meal was outstanding and Mike made it easy to prepare with a demonstration beforehand and guidance while we cooked. We will go to a class in the future!
